Holy Cross Parish is about to begin a Sacrament of Confirmation Preparation Programme with a view of celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation at Holy Cross Church on 21st April 2012.  .

 

Parents or guardians of children wishing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation are invited to attend the first of a series of parent Preparation Meetings on Monday, September 12^th, 2011 at 7:00 pm in the Holy Cross Parish Hall.  If you are not able to attend this meeting, a make up session is offered on Thursday, September 15^th, 2011 at 7:00 pm.  Both parents are encouraged to attend, however, the attendance of the Catholic parent is mandatory at this meeting.

 

Information regarding registration for this program will be provided during this meeting.

 

The candidate preparation for children registered in the program will commence on Sunday, September 25^th, 2011.

 

As a reminder letters will be sent home with the Grade 7 children with these details.  Parents with children in other Grades who are not yet confirmed are also invited to attend.  For additional information please contact the Parish Office at (613) 258-3377.

 

Holy Cross Parish is about to begin the program of preparation, with a view to celebrating the Sacraments of Reconciliation during Advent and Eucharist during the Easter season during the coming year.

 

Parents or guardians wishing to enrol their children for the reception of these Sacraments are invited to the first of a series of Parent Preparation Meetings on Monday, September 26^th, 2011 at 7:00 pm in the Holy Cross Parish Hall.  If you are not able to attend this meeting, a make up session is offered on Wednesday, September 28^th, 2011 at 7:00 pm.  Both parents are encouraged to attend, however, the attendance of the Catholic parent is mandatory at this meeting.
